NCLEES Conference 2012

In autumn (fall) 2012 Emerald Societies from across the United States and further afield will descend on London for the 'NCLEES Fall Conference'. This will be a unique opportunity to see the sights and sounds of one of Europe's most vibrant capital cities. A bumper weekend of social activities, excursions and sightseeing will be planned for those making the trip. Of course there is the business meeting too, but just for one day!

Wednesday 10 October:
AM - Collect Early Arrivals @ London Heathrow
PM - Collect Early Arrivals @ London Heathrow
PM - Informal Drinks for Early Arrivals

Thursday 11 October:
AM - Collect Arrivals @ London Heathrow
PM - Meet and Greet in Crown Moran Hotel (Host Hotel)
PM - Post Meet and Greet Drink in Local Pub

Friday 12 October:
AM - Morning Excursion / London Sightseeing - Scotland Yard Crime Museum (TBC)
PM - Evening Reception (venue TBA) followed by social event

Saturday 13 October:
AM - NCLEES Meting
PM - Pub Crawl

Sunday 14 October:
Free day

For those who notify us of a travel schedule outside of the posted dates we will try and organise other additional activities to accommodate and a key part of this will be attempting to secure preferential hotel rates either side of the conference dates. If your trip to London is part of a wider vacation let us know, we might have some specialist knowledge or be able to advise you
