NCLEES Fall Conference 2012

The MPS Emerald Society will host the National Conference of Law Enforcement Emerald Societies annual fall conference in London, UK between 11th - 15th October 2012.

The host hotel (shown above) is the Crown Moran Hotel situated in a neighbourhood called Cricklewood and situated approximately 4 miles North West of Central London. The Hotel is no more than 30 minutes from Central London by public transport and has a variety of inexpensive tube (subway), over-ground rail and bus connections right to the heart of London some of which operate 24 hours.

The host hotel is 4* AA rated, Irish owned and run with 116 guest rooms. There are presently 100 rooms allocated for the NCLEES Conference. The Crown has 4 bars within the complex (including a residents bar) along with a restaurant and numerous conference / function spaces.

The room rate for NCLEES delegates has been negotiated at £99 ($157) per double room and £109 ($173) for a triple room per night. This is inclusive of all taxes, charges and includes a cooked Irish breakfast.

The MPS Emerald Society advise all NCLEES members to reserve their rooms as soon as possible so that accommodation can be guaranteed for the core days of the conference. Once flights and exact itineraries are confirmed bookings can be amended to add extra nights as required.

Please note that the only package available to book on-line is the 4x day NCLEES package. The booking engine by default will show no availability for hotel rooms either side of the conference for the same rate. In reality this is a limitation of the booking engine and not the actual hotel room availability. If you need to add or remove dates from your booking or are booking rooms outside the conference you are advised to book the package on-line and then contact the hotel directly by email quoting your reservation number to amend the booking as required.
